Achoka Egesa Freddy is an “Of counsel” at BKCA.
He has experience in taxation, land transactions, mortgages, International law, Human rights, intellectual property law, Election petitions and litigation.
Achoka was admitted to the bar and has been an advocate for 9 years.
He served on the bench as a magistrate for 8 years in the Uganda Courts of Judicature where he adjudicated high profile cases and issues.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree of Islamic University In Uganda, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre and a Master of Laws degree of Uganda Christian University.
He has worked with the Uganda Courts of Judicature as a magistrate (Judicial Officer). He also worked with the Busia District Local Government as a district speaker, where he excelled in service to the people earning strong recognition of service above self from the natives.
He also previously worked as a professional teacher in secondary education under the UNEB curriculum.
